Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Alright. So I had the "load main image failed" error. I downloaded the updater, it fixed it. I then got the refresh database error. Once I fixed this I got the "need to delete 6gb error" So i formatted it using the method from this site (mexican guy posted it in broken english, but it was fine)
Ever since then I have been back to "load main image failed" but the updater will now not work.
Try holding the power button down for at least 10 to 15 seconds. That should turn it off. Turn it back on. If this doesn't work, try taking the battery out for a few seconds. If that doesnt work i will recommend that you update the firmware on your device even if you have done so anytime in the past...
To update the firmware follow the link below
