Have a Ford fusion 06 Have p0141 code I fix the oxygen sensor but the codes still comes on?


Did you replace the right one ? This code does not necessarily mean the O2 sensor is bad . The code description say O2 heater " CIRCUIT " bank 1 sensor 2 Did you check the wiring , the fuse ?

Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) System Performance - Throttle Limitation Active
Number of Trips to Set Code: 1
Trouble Code Conditions:
Ignition ON. The ECM detects the system is in Limit Performance Mode.
Possible Causes:
  • Throttle body
this means the ECU is in limphome mode.
and is cause because the ECU sees throttle sensors. that dont JIBE
There are effectively (insane yes) 4 TPS sensors
2 under foot.
2 in TB.
if any disagree at any time BAM, limphome mode sets.
"limited performance, old suz name was FAIL SAFE.
no matter its just the same.
use a REAL scan tool that sees ALL codes, i suspect you missed some, is this an AUTOZONED scan? with cheap, tool?

try an Innova 3160 tool. and see them all.

it is suspisious to me , only ONE DTC error !!!

Trouble codes p1131, p1151 and p0171 for 2001 expedition


I don't care how handy you are , that's not going to help you unless you have knowledge of OBD 2 engine management system for your vehicle . Plus having diagnostic test equipment , scan tool to view engine sensor data ., an knowing how to do automotive electrical circuit testing.
Po171 Could be just an O2 sensor problem ,looking at scan data for bank 1 sensor 1 for proper switching , could be a easy find for a trained Tech . You on the other hand could spend hundreds an still not fix the problem .

P0171 - System to Lean (Bank 1) The Adaptive Fuel Strategy continuously monitors fuel delivery hardware. The test fails when the adaptive fuel tables reach a rich calibrated limit. For lean and rich DTCs:
  • Fuel system
  • Excessive fuel pressure.
  • Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors.
  • Leaking fuel pressure regulator.
  • Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel.
  • Vapor recovery system.
  • Induction system:
    • Air leaks after the MAF.
    • Vacuum Leaks.
    • PCV system.
    • Improperly seated engine oil dipstick.
  • EGR system:
    • Leaking gasket.
    • Stuck EGR valve.
    • Leaking diaphragm or EVR.
  • Base Engine:
    • Oil overfill.
    • Cam timing.
    • Cylinder compression.
    • Exhaust leaks before or near the HO2Ss.

P1130 - Lack of HO2S-11 Switch, Fuel Trim at Limit The HEGO Sensor is monitored for switching. The test fails when the HO2S fails to switch due to circuit or fuel at or exceeding a calibrated limit.

    • Short to VPWR in harness or HO2S
    • Water in harness connector
    • Open/Shorted HO2S circuit
    • Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring

A fuel control HO2S PID switching across 0.45 volt from 0.2 to 0.9 volt indicates a normal switching HO2S. P1131 - Lack of HO2S-11 Switch, Sensor Indicates Lean A HEGO sensor indicating lean at the end of a test is trying to correct for an over-rich condition. Hav nad 2100. I dont understand what the lab in post are for?


From what I have found online, Lab-In was a NAD feature that restored the frequencies that were rolled off when turntables were being used.

"NAD belleived at the time that practical PHONO stages and the preamp and power amplifier stages be rolled off at subsonic frequencies to prevent subsonic wow and flutter from Turntables and supersonic frequencies (EMI/RF/Radio) signals from getting into the system in the first place. Their notion was that if your ears cannot physically hear it, then why amplify it. For the PURIST, there were a set of LAB IN amplifier inputs with more extended response called "LAB IN" inputs"

Use them UNLESS you have a turntable source.

Hold Lever detection Sensor is defective, or the
connector is disconnected.
2. Upper Limit detection Sensor is defective.
3. Upper Limit detection Sensor connector is
disconnected.
4. PCB is defective.

there is a sensor that registers the top of the top most sheet on the finisher. it determines where the tray should stop as it is filling up. the sensor does come adrift and needs to be refitted back into its holder. i'm afraid you may have to call a technician.
