Question about HP P5302M Computer Speakers

My hp speakers dont work

Okay so i just got done with a server recovery, and after that everything worked fined. But, i noticed that my speakers wont work, the speakers turn on but when i try to play music nothing comes out. I tried to raise the volume in the sounds,speech, and audio devices but it wont let me raise it. Whats the problem? How can i change the volume? Please help.

    My speakers are built in on the monditor and I checked the sound and raised volume but nothing. How do I get them to work?

How did you test the speakers? Using the receiver?

Check your input selection very carefully, look for MUTE or a Tape unintentionally selected.

Problem hooking up bose speakers


mcdevito75 here, The HP speakers that came with your computer work fine, the bose speakers work fine on your other computer, the plug on the Bose speakers is a little shorter than the HP speakers, and only the right Boss speaker is working, HMM, Check the Bose speakers, both of them for a volume control 1 of them may need adjustment on this particular computer. If that"s not it, I would speak to a Radio Shack, Staples etc.

nice servers I have 2 myself HP has this problem flashing the bios to a CPU so changing you will need to reflash the bios the flacky server remove the CPU' s
clean the surface reset the cpus apply new heatsink compound check every connecting up plg reseet theserver should become stable if you memory is okay. love my cranky HP servers and rely on my Dell servers never go down. good luck I will never do any HP i have one of the famous 9000 seies laptops was promised warranty still no warranty so i refuse to buy any HP products or recomend to anyone the older servers still work fine good going HP i still say good things about the older servers only doing upgrades is not so easy reflash the bios to upgrade my friend

Hello , HP Proliant Server Problem.


Use a different monitor and connect it directly to the server, if problem persist you have a problem with the systemboard or microprocessor.

well that was a mistake you did when u install the lg recovery disk
still you can contact the hp people and they will be able to send you the recovery ...
dont tell them what you have done ... just tell them u the recovery disk is not working and tell them that u are facing issue which u were facing when u tried the lg disk ....
byt the end of the call demand for a recovery disk ...
if the agent doesnt agree sending it ... ask for the suppervisor

Problem with speakers


if you have done a system recovery, then disconnect it, reconnect and reinstall everything of speaker. drivers, reconfigure it, will be as new again.
