This is the issue with the monitor.This is a hardware issue.Please connect the notebook to external monitor and check .If it is working fine then it is the issue with the LCD of notebook If not then this is the issue with the video card.

And ckeck the power cables tooi think this is the issue with the monitor of the notebookAny how you can try to install the latest version of video drivers
