To not lose data or programs--
shut down pc.
unplug, open case and clean out with clean air or vacuum. Clean all fans, and gently push on the connectors to insure good connection.
Power up and make sure all fans are working.
Unplug and reassemble pc.
after boot up-
Run Disk Cleanup.
Run Defrag.
Run MSconfig - Startup tab - uncheck everything - reboot
Start any pc protection programs
Goto MS update and update.
Run Disk Cleanup and Defrag again.
Check Control Panel - Power Options. Read options, sometimes those options can be confussed with shutting down. The only thing that will shutdown Ur pc is over temp setting from the Bios. Cleaning the pc MBoard may take care of the overheating.

Get back to me is problem remains.

If system restore does not fix your computer, then you have hardware problems (overheating, faulty memory or CPU, or some other component). Start by looking at those possibilities.

I have trouble loading CDs. There is a place to

Make sure you are placing the CDs in the drive with the label side up. If the computer can read DVDs, it can certainly read CDs as well. Once the cd is inserted, wait and the autoplay should start the installation program for the software.

Computer missing file dont have startup disk what can i do to get it working again

You may obtain Cd sets from Emachine by order. If you not have back Cd or Original recovery, You may need to use same Generation OEM OS cd to recovery some of computers missing files.
Thank you

Big fix requires attention

How to fix bigfix virus This problem can be solved manually by deleting all registry keys and files connected with this software, removing it from starup list and unregistering all corresponding DLLs. Additionally missing DLL's should be restored from distribution in case they are corrupted by bigfix. To fix this threat, you should:

1. Kill the following processes in task manager and delete the appropriate files from the programs folder:
1.Bigfix
2.BIGFIX.EXE
3.Alexa
4.Alexa.exe

Run a good antivirus program and remove what is found.
