Epson c43sx does not print (by 3 users)

when i turn on my epson stylus c43sx, the red light will also turn on and the head moves to the left. after pushing the paper/ink button, the head will just move either to the left or right and the red light does not turn off, it's always on. because of this my printer does not print.what should i do? what's wrong with my printer?

change the cartridge thats simple red light indicating you must change your catridge

When the head moves to the left, the printer is indicating that the cartridge is needed to replace. Just replace the cartridge that becomes free to open when the head moves.
