Underneath is a little door, slide it open. or,
there is a button on the palm end, press deep and the palm cover will open.

Then there's always a hammer.

The mouse and the keyboard (if it's wireless too) both have batteries. After changing a battery sometimes, you have to press the search button on the receiver and the search button underneath the mouse while holding them near each other so they can find each other again. please let me know if that dosen't help.

Change batteries in my wireless mouse

There should be a battery compartment on the bottom of your mouse. It might have a small screw holding it in place. Open & remove old battery, replace with fresh battery. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

How to change the battery in a wireless Logitech mouse?

Depends on the model, but it usually has a battery opening on the bottom or a button on the bottom that will release the 'door' to the battery case on the top where the palm of your hand rests.
