You will need the red/yellow/white video cables and just hook up the yelow and white up to the xbox and the other end yellow and white to the tv than turn the tv to channel 3 and this should work.

According to page 34 of your owners manual, your docking station will only allow you to listen to audio from your iPod/iPhone. Video on your yamaha can only be viewed via composite, component and HDMI sources.
If you're using a cassette adapter it doesn't need to be set to a radio station your truck should be set to tape input. However you could get a 12V lighter FM transmitter that will play the iPod over the radio and with that you'd need the radio set to a specific station.

Denon ipod docking station comes with a power plug and a set of cable which you need to connect behind the Denon AVR-2807 receiver which is under an INPUT LABEL for IPOD only(not going to give it away,you will find it!) Now,of course you could use HDMI......but,the quickest way to view your video(on screen menu) will be using a composite(RCA) video cable to connect from the Video output(yellow color) from the receiver to the TV composite video input.Turn on your IPOD,and you are ready to see the on screen manual. IF YOUR NOT USING A DENON IPOD DOCKING STATION IT WILL NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY.
YOU CAN CONNCET OTHER TYPES OF IPOD DOCKING STATIONS BUT YOU WILL NOT HAVE CONTROL THROUGH THE DENON AND ONLY CONNECT THE AUDIO FOR THAT DOCKING STATION TO THE DENON AS ANOTHER SOURCE INPUT
I also have the same problem but now I think it's the type of I-Pod you use. Do you use the I-Pod 80 Gb video or the newer 160 Gb I-Pod with the cover flow etc. ? The documention of the HTD7001 says it's only support some I-Pods. I would know sure if I would have a type of Video I Pod wich is supported by the documentation
