Yeah this problem was real easy to fix.  All you have to do is pop the top and "unjam" the arm on the soap dispenser.  It seems to get hung up on a plastic stop that it jumps onto.  5 minutes tops.

How are the Whirlpool Duet washer & dryers serviced? From the front or the back

you have to pull it out, this code means you're having prblems with the washer filling, most likely it will be the water valve but i would shut the water off, take the lines off of the washer, stick them into the washer or a bucket and turn the water on,if the water comes out then you know it's the washer and you need to change out the water valve on the washer.

I have the front loading duet washer. The code F

F2 indicates a long drain usually caused by blockage in the filter, remove and clean out filter.
Also Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump

What does code F 30 mean on my whirlpool duet steam washer WFW109700VW?

This error relates to the motor drive. Plug off the wall, open up behind, look for broken belt. If the belt is good its the motor brushes. Secure connections to the motor, look for loose wires.....

Good luck
