Either you have a bad water level switch or the tubing that attahes to the switch has either come disconnected from one end of tub and or switch, or the tubing itself has a hole/crack in it.. the top can be removed and the switch can be inspected, usually 2 swcrews on either side of the console front(sometimes hidden by the end capswhich just pop off with a twist of screw driver will allow you to tip the console back to view the components

My kenmore washer will not stop filling the tub, any cycle any water level.

Try unplugging the washer, if it will not stop then the problem is the water inlet (valve)
if it will stop then it could be a faulty water level control or the hose that connects from the tub to the control.

My laundry room flooded when I ran a load of clothes in my kenmore he2 plus washing machine

Your pressure switch stops the water and allows it to start the next cycle. It's a switch either in the control panel or at the top of the tub with a small tube connected to it which goes down between the inner and outer tub. As the water level increases the air in the tube is compressed until there is enough pressure to make the switch stopping the water from filling. This tube can get clogged and the switch won't work. Remove the tube and clean it out. Blowing on the tube when it's still connected to the switch will make the switch if it's working and clear.

If it fills with water and starts the cycle and the water keeps running in then your water inlet valve on the back where the water supply comes in is sticking. It needs replacing.

Water level dont stop I bougth a new part and still have the same problem the water dont stop.

put the washer on cold, start to fill washer, turn washer off if water still keeps filling you have a bad water valve,do the same test on hot,if both turn off when you push stop then check the water level hose from the water level switch to the tub,if both ends are secure then replace the water level switch-mike

Washing Machine Keeps Filling with Water through Detergent dispen

This machine has a water valve that works on vaccuum from the tub. You will see a small clear hose that runs from the side of the tub up to this valve. This valve is adjustable to change the water level in the tub to desired setting on some machines, but if it goes bad, it will not shut off, thus overflowing the tub. Find this valve and replace it if adjustment does not work.

Washing machine overfills

Grab the tube off the water level switch that comes from the bottom of the tub and blow it out so that the sand in the bottom won't be blocking the operation, pump out the water, secure the tube tightly to the pressure switch and retry.aff8f03.jpg

Water keeps flowing does not stop---does not go thru cycles

You probably pinched the water fill hose that comes up from under the tub when you closed the cabinet. Also make sure it is free from trash in the bottom of the tub and that it is tightly connected to the water level switch.
