How to back up opiration system Vista
Step1: Go to "start" botton on the taskbar and click "control panel" then "system and maintenance"
Step2: click "back up and restore center" item then click "back up files" confirm you wish to open "back up files "
Step3: click the " set up automatic file backup" itme and provide confirmation to continue if prompted .
the "backup file" screen will appear.
click the "on a hard disk , cd or dvd" drop dpwn box and click the option displayed in the list that you wish to use to store the back up files .
alternatively , if you wish to store the back up files on a network share , click the "on a network" radio button and click the "browse" button and click on the network share where you will be storing the files .click "next" button
Step4: click the "how often" button on the "which file types do you want to back up " page to select the default setting which includes all information files on the computer . click the "next" button.
Step5: click the "how often" drop-down box and click "weekly" in the list displayed .click the "what day" drop-down box and click a day in which the computer is powered on but rarely used .click the "what time" drop down box and click on a time of day when the computer is powered on but in use.click the "save settings and start backup" button
