Question about Verizon Communications Verizon Wireless G'zOne Cellular Phone
I tried:
0000
1234
5702 (last four of my number)
Nothing works.
I tried any memory device that me or my family might use.
Unfortunately, once the lock code has been changed, there is no record of it on customer services end. you can TRY
-if ur phone will let you dial *228 and choose option 1 to reprogram ur phone, it can reprogram the unlock code, too, but that rarely works since very rarely will it let you press "1" since it is locked.
-OR you can try to flash the software. just take it to any vzw store and they can flash at no charge, but it can erase ur memory, so only try that if u know u have ur contacts and pics backed up, and even then it does not always work
if all else fails, u can contact the manufacturer, send it to them (like prev poster said, keep ur tracking number) but it may take 6 weeks to get the phone back. if you have insurance on the phone, ur best bet would just be to pay the 50 bucks to get a replacement, if all else fails.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
