I downloaded to my new Gateway computer a Vista-compatible driver for my Lexmark Series 1100 all-in-one printer; the computer cannot communicate with the printer. Does Gateway have a driver on its site?

Insert the printer software disc into your drive and try to follow the directions from there. Before that you should disconnect the printer from your computer.
