I am also experiencing the exact same problem. I cannot identify any obvious holes, and it drains into the sink ok, but underneath a stream runs out through the base of the door.

I am looking into a repair service? But Im guessing something backs the flow up?

-   My JPX-300H is leaking under the front exterir edges. It leaks enough that we have to put paper towel under it to keep water from running out onto the floor. It is a drip not a stream but still needs to have the paper towel replaced 5 or 6 time during an 8 hour shift.-   RobinJa

Tighten the adjustment on your door. Door is not closing tight enough and seal is not funtioning properly. Adjust latch to snug it up
