Generic problem for all PC Laptops
Quick restore does not work , system crashed

My labtop crashed. I saved all on cds, then did a quick restore, which is not working. I insert the cd's, computer copies 2 of the 4 cd's, then crashed again on the 3'd , shuts down, black screen with blinking cursor, no windows. what can I possibly do to restore my computer to orriginal ssettings? hp labtop dv6120 us
