Re: WATER IS NOT DRAINING
Most likely the pump has failed or is blocked or jammed. Coins and buttons become trapped in the impeller. Suggest you check the pump drain inspection point - there is always one somewhere at the bottom of the machine. See if you can rotate the pump motor - ISOLATE THE POWER FIRST!

remove the hose up where it connects to the tub and see if there isn't anything stuck there, you could still have something stuck between the tubs and it usually will end up here or you could have a damaged pump from the piece of towel you pulled out of it or there's another piece still up in between the tubs and hopefully you'll find it at the hole where the drain hose is.
Hello, TYpically the door wont unlock due to not all the water draining from the tub so the water level switch isn't satisfied the water has drained and wont allow the door to unlock.
The most likely problem is that the drain pump screen is clogged so its not draining and if it isn't draining it wont spin. To check the pump remove the lower panel and the lower right side will be the pump, unscrew the big white cap a little and use towel(s) to catch the water that comes out ,when all water out remove completly and check for blockage.
Assuming the motor isn’t running during fill the water
is siphoning out and can be
caused by a few things.
The drainpipe to your house may be too low and you either
need to extend the pipe up above the top of the
tub or run the drain hose from your washer up
Someone may have taped the drain hose from the washer to the drainpipe to
your house to stop the water from
backing up. To fix this either clean out the
drainpipe to your house and remove the tape or install a siphon break.
If the drain hose from your washer is pushed down the
drainpipe too far, this will also cause the same problem. To fix it just
pull it out to within
about 6 inches of the
end of the drainpipe.
