On the first one, could be some loose connection- On the second problem, could be your CPU/Power Board bad. Contact SAECO customer service and ask for wiring diagram- need to check all wiring to ensure that you are getting power to all crucial connections ( from power filter, on/off switch, brewing boiler, thermostat, and CPU.) . Contact Saeco USA Inc. at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : outlet@saeco-usa.com

How to resove trouble code c-3823

Sir/Mam, turn off the main power switch, ensure the sub power switch is on. The sub power switch is located on the right side of the control panel. Then holding down the Utility/Counter button turn the main power switch on. Close the front door you must keep the Utility button down. The screen will show TROUBLE RESET touch it see a "OK" then power off the machine. YOU MUST WAIT TEN SECONDS BEFORE POWERING UP AGAIN!!!!!! If the problem goes away OK. If the code comes back you need a fusing unit. Which will be expensive!!! Sorry :( DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET THE MACHINE THE MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!! A Fire could occur and that would ruin a perfectly good day!!!!

DV350AEP Samsung Dryer starts then stops after a few minutes

Sounds like you may need to take the whole dryer apart and check for lint build-up, or for a "worn-out "overheat thermostat switch" in the back or the bottom of the machine.
There are from 3 to 6 in most machines.
These parts, often the size of a quarter or half-dollar, usually have 2 wires hooked to them, and will shut off your dryer if it overheats (to prevent a fire).
These switches will require a testing instreument to check them.
Be blessed.

Low water pressure on whirlpool front loader** have to unplug to reset the machine to continue washer cycle

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
If you have checked that the hot and cold water taps are turned on fully and the hoses are not kinked or squashed at the back, it is worth while checking both the hot and cold water inlet filters. Turn the taps off and remove both hoses at the washer end. Inside each inlet port there is normally a little filter which should just slide out. Clean if necessary and replace each one and the hoses. If after turning the taps back on there is no improvement, the problem is symptomatic of a malfunctioning hot or cold water control valve. Sorry but it needs a service call ;-0(
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck,
John C

Pc keeps randomly powering off & then back on. Won't stop until I unplug it.Holding down power button won't shut it off. On occasion it will stay on - is able to boot & be used normally while it...

Power supplies usually are culprits in random shut downs, but random start ups is a bit more complicated. You say that when you hold the power button, the computer won't power down. Perhaps you have a faulty switch? Make sure your PW switch cable is securely attached to the motherboard. But I'm leaning more toward a faulty switch or a short in the wires. Seems like a good place to start.

Machine randomly overfilled for no reason leaking water out the door. all electronics and water valve are suspect. machine cannot be repaired per the repair man. Solution?

You can check out the water level switch. It could be an intermittent problem with the switch. It is a diaphragm like device with a small clear plastic tube attached between the switch and the bottom of the washer's outer tub. As the water level increases, so does the pressure on the air in the tube, and when it reaches a certain level, it activates the switch to shut off the water and signals the timer to begin the appropriate cycle. There is usually a bracket that routes the tube against the tub. Make sure that it is secure. It has been known for the tube to come loose from the bracket and be dangling loose and getting a small hole in it from rubbing something. Make sure that there is no obstruction in the tube and clean out if necessary. The switch can be tested for continuity using a multimeter. If the switch is faulty it must be replaced. Hope this helped and best wishes.

Leak from tap at front of machine

the filter may not be sitting right in its slot - an obstacle may be keeping the filter from being seated all the way - once the filter is fully seated, it blocks the water to the front tap
