I need to to get a program or something to download music to my ipod nano i dont have the cd that comes with it like how do i get that

All Ipods use Itunes and cannot use anything else. You can to apple's site below to download it
From there you can "sync" your ipod and add/delete music as you wish.

to put MUSIC and VIDEO in your iPod you must install ITUNES (download it from Apple website) , that's the only way to do that .

in add : it's not possible to put themes or wallpapers on ipod nano .

Its best to use Itunes, the files are stored in the ipod in a very complex way and its really easyest to use itunes.

I'm not sure what you really mean so do clarify if you already have itunes.
