If this is a GE electric range, the part is listed at repairclinic.com. Just type in your model number in the Search menu and the part is listed on the first page as item #820921, Bake Element. I hope this helps you. If this is not correct, please double check your model number and post back. If you need guidance on how to replace the element, please let know as well.

Whirlpool gold double oven model #gbd307pdb. upper oven lower heating element burned out. replace lower element. it does not get hot. upper element heats up. control board works. is this the thermos

You will have to see if there is power to the element. It is possible that the relay contacts burned when the element burned out. There is a fusable link but this would shut down both the top and bottom elements. If the relay is burned out the control board will need replacing or rebuilding.

I have a GE "SmartWater" Model #GE50M6A It only has 120 volts on the lower element. It is not heating water, but does have 240 volts to the upper element and, as I stated, 120v to the lower element.

1) Test elements, and if elements are good, replace both thermostats
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-troubleshoot-electric-problems-with-water-heater.html

2) Test across top two screws on upper thermostat for 240Volts.
If this test shows 240V, then no more voltage testing is needed.

Oven won't heat, all burners work

I suggest that you remove the upper and lower heating elements to the oven, turn the oven switch to on, then use a good digital voltmeter, and check the plug that the lower heating element was in. If you have good (200 volts or more) then purchase and install new heating elements. Turn the oven switch to Broil setting and check the same way for the top heating element.

I have a frigidaire oven model # PLEB30S8CCB won't get above 290

The coils should glow red when working. If the lower (bake) element does not glow it may be burnt out. Some ovens cycle the bake and broil elements during preheat and that mey be why you are getting some heat.

Main oven will not heat up

Check the lower heating element, you should test the element for continuity, and inspect element wirings for a short.
If it is only the lower part that is not heating, and the circuit breaker tripped off, then it is usually a faulty element.

You can get parts from the following internetional part sellers:

Repairclinic

PArtselect.

Contact them if the part or the model is not in list.

Rs675 lower oven heating element

Does this model have an electronic clock?  Not sure how old it is.  If so the problem would be either the clock, which is the control, or the element itself.  Will need a multimeter to check further.  Let me know if I can help or what you find.
