Tally MIP480 Mobile Printer: would not print...

The MIP480 Bluetooth interface does not have a Bluetooth PIN set as default, the Bluetooth stack on PC's and phones often require a PIN for pairing security.
If you are being asked for an PIN you can set on in the printer using the Firmware Download Utility.

when you giving print command choose the printer and go to printer option and choose the paper type then give the print command .

please check that u select the proper printer before preceeding for print command. Also check that the printer connected to ur system is ur default printer.

how to print a configuration page from a Tally

There are several reson behind the problem.

1. Check the driver settings & match it with the printer imulation.
2.Check the parallel cable.

If not solved connect the printer to a new pc.

some time computer's parallel port may damaged.

can u print anything else?, if don´t disconnect the printer, reinstall drivers and connect again.
