I didn't drop it...it didn't get wet...i was talking to a friend and it quit. I tried a new charger, tried a new battery...nothing worked. The phone is dead, will not power up at all. I tried my battery in my husband's phone and it worked fine...So my question is this: Is this phone repairable? Is it worth repairing? Where on earth could I take it? One more thing...what is that little round circle on the back of the phone? Is it possibly a reset button?

Its not due to charging it via usb. Your charger is not giving full amount of charge and thats why its charging with the usb but not with the charger. And, if that is not the case then somehow an internal ic inside your phone is blown and needs a repair.

Can either be that your battery has died or your charger did not charge properly.
If possible try another charger if this doesn't work then a different battery if you still have the same response with both options then it is a phone fault and a tech may need to look at it
I dropped my v3i into my cats bowl and had it up and out of it within a second.. the thing is this .. notice the grid that we talk into it's poor design is open to liquids.. the worse part about this phone however isn't the poorly designed grid.. it's that these phones and water are pure enemies. water kills razr's. I know this from reading many forum posts. I sent mine off to a guy I found through ebay his ebay name is eminence.. he's a really nice guy.. great w/razrs.
