in video screen it says no signal.. icant see the video all i can see is a black background and a text that reads no signal.. what should i do.. please help
I've had my camera for some time now (worked fine) then it stopped working altogether (fixed my removing Microsoft Silverlight which Microsoft Update had installed) ... now this ... exactly the same problem - black screen saying "No Signal !!" in top left hand corner. Please help

I got the same problem- DCS 5300G black screen no signal, i can`t find any solution, i use this ip cam over two years and it`s the first time i got a problem, is anybody got an idea how can i fix it?
I have the same problem and D-Link's service department suggested me to send it back for hardware checking. I will send it back and hope they can solve this problem.
