8mb memory card

it worked then it didnt... worked for video then added music and bam.. keeps saying to reformat but it wont reformat I called bell on help line..

we tried afew things nothing works they say its the card, it could be i tried formating it one my pentax cams, i get streaks and later gives a memory card error. and on another pentax it wont read the card at all.also this compuer wont ever read the card no more..
