When the pitch fader is up and should be at (for example -10%) its at 0% and going down to the bottom at the correct (for example +10%). Ive tried turning the zero adjust screw inside but seems to do nothing, please help!! Cheers

You have to properly calibrate your unit after any repairs. If you purchase the Service Manual for this unit, it will instruct you on how to accomplish this.

CDJ 1000MK2. CDJ pitch control is out of calibration. The pitch plays at zero when the slider is at what should be the slowest setting. How do i reset zero to the middle of the slider.

There is a fine adjust on the pitch control circuit board, however if it is staying at Zero at the extremes then it's time for a new pitch control :(

My CDJ 1000 mk2 pitch control doesn't work and it doesn't regeister on the display, can you help??

The pitch faders do fail but usually they just become erratic rather than give up completely.
I think the most likley problem is a crack on the pitch circuit board or problems caused but liquid spilt into the pitch fader.

DJM 400 Keep going into over on the channel and the master volume

To keep your levels down keep the TRIM don which is the gray knob. Also keep the hi, mid, and low knobs at the medium level. The control cables are for using the fader start function.

Hello I own 2 cdj 800 mk3 which I use professionally every week for the past 2 years. Recently I am experiencing problems with the pitch control waivering up and down about 2 bpm. I have found this with...

It's possible that you can remedy the problem by cleaning the controls. Being as how they are analog controls and facing directly upward they get dust and dirt in them quite easily. Use a cleaner that is designed for slide controls, one with a silicone lubricant, not one that's straight alcohol as the control will get stiff and not move smoothly.
If cleaning does not do the trick then yes, you'll have to replace it.

Pitch/Tempo control/fader problem

You can buy a contact cleaner spray and spray inside the fader while moving the fader from -10 to +10. If the problem is dust or dirt this will fix it. If the problem presists, then go ahead and get a fader replacement. It's easy to replace ;-) Regards. DiMiS Greece.
