Question about HP iPAQ Bluetooth GPS Navigation

No blue light

Turn on Ipaq navigation; it can find sat.;
The blue light stays on for 1 sec when I turn it on but no longer flashes continually.
Is there a reset???
Unit bad ??

    I also have this problem. Blue light flashes briefly when the unit is turned on, then nothing.

    I'm having the same problem, i left the receiver on all day in my car, since then i'm trying to reset and fix it, any suggestion? Thanks

I'm having the same problem for the last 2 weeks, i left my receiver in the car all day and since then it flashes once on startup and that's it, any suggestion how to reset the unit? Thanks

this worked for my device where NOTHING else would, the original problem seems to come from updates. My device does not keep its settings What should do

The GPS unit will not charge. I have plugged it into a car outlet and the light turns blue but never makes it to red. I have charged it over night and the blue light is now off but theunit will not turn...


Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturers website. Make sure that you back your files up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.

I have the parking brake on and the poi and others are not turning blue it stays grey and cant enter my address and destinations

Hp ipaq hw6915 gps not connecting


down load regedit and make some changes in the register so you will get an ikon GPS make the changes you will find i many forums and it will work
