my distributor says there are no Windows 7 drivers for Persona c30. They do not have drivers for the successor c30e for win 7.

currently there are no drivers available on fargos website for the drivers.
you can try the older version, but no guarantee it will work.

the new fargo printers coming out will support windows 7.

For your fargo persona C30 you need a power adopter of folowing rating description:

input: 100-240V -2A, 50-60Hz AC
output: 24V/2.5A, 60Watt max DC

you probably have a scratch on the printhead.

Try a sensor calibration, its done through the printer drivers.

You need to be a little more precise on your question, I am not sure if you are asking for new drivers for the c30 or firmware? or you have it already and dont know what to do. I'll assume its the first.

go to www.fargo.com to download the latest printer drivers for your C30. Also the firmware is up to 4.6.3 i believe.
