Have installed estudio copier as a new printer. Have had it connected before but can remember how. Connected through a router into computer, running vista, documents seem to go into print but just sit there. No response from printer. I think I have not entered address's correctly, but not sure why? or how to fix, can anyone help please i am going crazy tonight.

Thanks,
I have printed out the config page, but there is nothing listed under ip address, or any of the other network items. I have entered the address into the copier via the ip setup, but each time it reverts back to what it was previously. However when I set it, before it changes I can ping it from the pc.
I have no idea, and im not real up to speed, i thought id give it my best go.
Thanks again.
i have a e-studio 65, when i set the IP for the network. I can not ping to it from my PC. The IP on the printer is static IP. After 5 min the network light on the printer blinks, asking to reset. After reset the IP goes back to default IP. I can not ping to the default IP either. Everything else stay after set, only the IP does not stay.
I do not know about vista yet but through the keyboard in printer features, after entering ip address you must go to maintenance?restart printer?? give copier up to 5 mins to spit out config page..job done? if that does not work get back and I will look for solution
