I have the new Sony Ericsson phone and for some reason everytime i try to open anything to do with the messages it says operation failed meaniong i can't send or recieve any messages at all. How could this of happened?

- What could of caused this? One minute i could send and recieve messages and the next minute it started doing this. If i save my messages and photos to the sim will this be backed up?

Hi,

The software on your phone has become corrupted. I would recommend performing a master reset (there is no other way to solve this) or flashing the phone's software. Before doing this, back up all your data as this reset erases everything.
