Ur tv dosen't work in the Philippines,because tv used different signal frequence in ASIA tv signal work only as PAL frequence only.The tv u bought in the US work only on frequence call NTSC so it will not work in ASIA.

conflict betwwen each other if both r differ.
So cheange yhour ram and check both rammeoroy frequence are same .
You set your computer resulation to do things to the monitor that it can't do. try to boot up in " Safe mode " goto >control panel>DISPLAY>SETTINGS and change resulsation. You may also "flutzz" with a software program that changes the frequence of the monitor.Find that program and lower the frequence.
