Question about Minolta DiALTA Di520 Laser Printer
How do I get the bottom tray out, it pulls so far but has a stop . I need to get it out as the drive wheel on the inside has a broken pin and I can;t get hands in to replace it, I have no manuals, thanks
On the rear cover in left side down exist a hole.Insert a 40 cm screw driver,push and the bottom tray opened.Before open right door(multibypass).

Did someone leave a trash can or boxes under the output trays? To solve this problem requires removal of the rear cover of the finisher. Then remove the elevation drive motor assemble. Be careful don't want the output trays to fall!!!!!! Then while placing them in their proper position re seat the drive assy. The top tray should be just below the orange rollers (If they are cleaned) you will see several actuators the trays has to just touch them.
