Getting error code 021 have changed fuser unit but still getting this error

I have the same problem Post a new problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

I have the same problem with the same Fax machine. Inplugged unit when replacing fuser to reset and error messages. Powered back on after new fuser installed and same error code 021 is present.

You need to do a LBP fuser reset. give me an email address and i will show you how to do one.

Same here. I replaced the fuing unit but he error code 021 still is present.
