Either a data or file corruption or the memry stick was damaged. Try to reformat the memory stick and if it won't work you'll need to buy a new one.

Hi My PSP's orange ligth won't turn off just always lightning when turn on my psp it's lightning with green light

Hi khangal74,
If you dont have issues playing your usual psp games, you dont have to worry about the orange light. That is normal. It means that your PSP is saving the data to your memory stick. Also make sure that your WLan switch is turned off ( that also causes a blinking orange light ). However, if you are experiencing a flickering orange light and your screen remains black ( and you cannot play any games), it means that your PSP is having issues reading you memory card.
Do these:
Remove the memory card and turn your PSP on without the memory card (it should turn on with no problems) Now, slowly re-insert your Memory stick. (You may need to do this several times until your PSP recognizes your memory card) If this still does not work, your Memory stick is busted or may be infected with a virus and therefore needs to be replaced.
Wishing you with positive results. All the best to you.

How to chicken?

Hello there Sir/Madam! My name is Alex and I work under FixYa.com expert team surveillance.

Firstly make sure your PSP-3000 or TA88v3 PSP-2000 has PSP Firmware 5.03 installed. Check in your PSP XMB go to Settings/ System Settings / System infomation. If you don't have PSP 5.03 installed download it here. Create a folder called UPDATE in PSP/GAME on your memory stick and place the eboot from the archive into the folder. Run the 5.03 Firmware update from GAME / Memory stick and you will have 5.03. The firmware required to run ChickHEN.
Now download the ChickHEN R2 release from here. Open the CHickHEN R2 archive and place the folder inside Slim with gif images into your PSP memory stick location like so PSP/PHOTO (later it will be PSP/PHOTO/ChickHEN). Now place the h.bin into the root of your memory stick pro duo. Where the folders PSP, MUSIC etc are located.
Ok next step place the memory stick into the PSP. We have found this step helps ChickHEN boot with less attempts, go your PSP XMB, to settings and Restore Default Settings. Your PSP will reset, now go back into settings and turn off UMD Auto-Start and UMD Cache. We found ChickHEN loads in 2-3 goes after doing this.
Now go into Photo / Memory Stick and ChickHEN. And wait, you will see five egg giff images, these will start to load thumbnails. Your PSP may freeze and reset. Just keep retrying and ChickHEN R2 will load up....But if you see flashing colors, your PSP will reboot into ChickHEN your homebrew ready!
With ChickHEN R2 loaded now starts the fun part. (P.S You can put your PSP into standby now so you don't have to go through the whole process again)

Hope this helped and/or advised you on your next move. Please rate my solution, thanks in advance. Wish you good day

Memory stick pro duo reading problem

Usually that means there is a problem with the memory stick itself. Try replacing or buying a new memory stick

My psp fell and now games from memory card are not loading

Did you try the memory card on another PSP? Or try another memory card in your PSP? If your memory card works in another PSP, then there's a problem with your memory card reader.

If you have a PSP-1001 model, it's not your motherboard but the circuit board that holds the memory cards.

If you have a PSP-2001 or PSP-3001, the memory card reader is a part of the motherboard and they are correct -- bad motherboard.

Memory stick does not work

Use a Card reader to format your Memory stick and then put it back to your PSP and again format. Some times the PSP wont recognise memory stick and contents in it.
