Gave up on it totally.Kept dropping letters and nearly drove me bonkers.Sold to me as new but no guarantee.Liked the feel of the cordless.Mouse seems okay.Would like to think I could get it going properly with your help.Found you by accident so maybe my lucky day .Regards Charlie
