You could it download the drivers for the wrong operating system. Try to do a system restore and install the drivers again.

Is my Mobo compatible with this GFX card???

Hello here is your mainboards homepage:

http://www.foxconnchannel.com/ProductDetail.aspx?T=Motherboard&U=en-us0000223

Download the manual.

You will need adobe reader to read the content.

You might have to disable the onboard graphic in the bios when you install the graphic card.
Disable the driver for the onboard graphic or uninstall it before you install the new driver because the driver does not fit the new graphic card.
It will probably also help to upgrade the bios to the latest version
just make sure it`s the right mainboard.
Flashing the bios with the wrong one will destroy the mainboard !!!!!
If you are in doubt upgrading the bios let a expert do this for you.

You can download the latest driver here at nvidia:

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Just remember to select the right graphic card and your windows system.

Good luck

I dont have the driver software

You would need to give at least the following details, for anybody to be able to help:-
What is the hardware (manufacturer, hardware model number, type of hardware) What operating system your computer is using (Windows XP, VISTA, Linux etc.)

for example,
I need the driver for an SiS 661FX onboard video card, to run in Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed.
SiS = hardware chipset manufacturer 661FX = model of the actual hardware (100% essential that this is the exact model number) Onboard = some types of hardware are built-in to a PC (onboard), and others are separate parts. Video Card = the type of hardware, usually video, sound, USB, printer etc. Windows XP = the operating system the driver is matched to. Service Pack 2 = the main system update last installed (essential on most operating systems)

If you have just reinstalled an operating system, and most likely just need 'all' of the drivers for your computer, then it's much easier to let somebody here know what computer you have - this will either be a model number on the case itself, or inside its case, there will be a model number written on the mainboard inside.
The location can vary but usually looks a bit like this example:

No Video (Overlay) and no 3D-function

It sounds like you're onboard video card is faulty. Try installing a PCI-E card into the system. Foxconn claims they warant their board for life. It would be worth checking with tech (New board).
I found no bios update that would address a fix for the onboard graphics card. (Unable to function in 3D).
Onboard VGA, page 42 in the user manual.

Sound driver for foxconn 6627ma-rs2h

Hi,
Link to Foxconn 6627MA-RS2H main page.(Click on the link).

Driver link.

The sound driver software is part of the System & Chipset Drivers. When installing the system & chipset driver you should see a window wanting to install 3 to 4 drivers. You uncheck all but the sound driver software.
If this was done once before ( All of chipset drivers Installed) & your sound driver software did not install or failed to install, please make sure you're bios settings are correct. The onboard sound software for you're 5.1 channel, AC’97 Interface, Realtek ALC653 driver must be set to Enable or ON.

Foxconn warrants their boards for life. Free tech support but you're dime. Phone Support Tech. 580-272-0035 US (depending on you're location you may need to add a 1- the the number.

If I can be of more service, just post back & let me know how thing go.

Good Luck!

No sound

Yes you have to install the drivers for your sound card.....this always happens when you install XP it fails to read what drivers are in your sound card which is on board. Do you have the original drivers do you know the sound card onboard?
