Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC

Outlook email My incoming emails goes into my folder called unread, when I click on the mail instead of going into my inbox folder it goes to another folder. How do I change this so that my incoming emails goes into unread and as soon as I click on it goes into my inbox.

Rigth Click on incoming tray and in properties you can form the option to autosave.

Not able to receive or send emails. No place on Screen for it!


Hi,
Check your Junk folder
1. Sign in to Outlook.com account.
2. Click on Junk on the left pane.
3. Check to see if the missing mail is in this folder.
4. If you see any messages that should have been delivered to the Inbox, click the Not Junk.
Check your Blocked sender list
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Blocked senders.
5. In the Blocked senders list, select the name or domain (the part of an e-mail address that follows the @ sign, such as outlook.com) that you want to receive emails from.
6. Click << Remove from list.
Add the email address to your Safe senders list
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon .
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Safe Senders.
5. In the text box, type in the email address or domain you'd like to always receive emails from.
6. Click Add to list >>.
Check your Email Rules
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.

3. Click Rules for sorting new messages under "Customizing Outlook".
2. Perform one of the actions as per your requirement:
Click Edit next to the rule that you want to edit.
Or
Choose the rule that you want to delete and click Delete.
Note: Not all international characters are supported as filters.

Recently you switch Hotmail to Outlook. Since then I can't have no more web, All is block and I Wonder why? What have I done wrong? Please I need help.

I think no any issue create because all function is same and i also used hotmail to outlook email used and also new version available. Or no change ID or password, just change look or services, but function is same. If you have problem link not open email not sent mail, account related issue, setting issue, or browsing issue just go to outlook help and search you own problem, there step by step problem solved or contact hotmail technician.

I had to fix my outlook email withe the outlook repair tool and now all my email goes to under Lost and Found "Recovered Folder 8082" instead of my inbox. How can I get my emails to my inbox? I can't...


I can give you a professional solution but that would be very complicated for you because you should be an advance knowledge to be able to play with email delivery rules where your problem resides.
The easy solution that I recommend you is just reinstall your outlook and before you do that take backup of your emails in the form of a .pst file.
To create a backup as a pst file
(1) Open your Outlook.
(2) Go to "File" tab on the top.
(3)Select all the emails you need by Select All key Crtl+A after going into "Recovered Folder 8082" which contain your emails. If this folder is already in Personal folder then skip the step 4
(4)Copy paste from the the folder that contains the your emails to the personal folder
(5)Check the path of the Personal folder file just for reference this pst file will contain all your emails
(6)Simply just reinstall your outlook
(7)Notice that when you reinstall the outlook If you cannot find your personal folder or if the personal folder is empty do the following
(8)Go to File in your outlook on the top left
(9)Click "Data File Management" on the drop down menu
(10)In the opening window select "Data file" Tab
(11)Click "Add" and select your Personal folder
(12)Click "OK"
(13)On the opening Window select your pst file
(14)Click "OK"
(15) Click "OK" again and your Personal folder (pst file) will be added and you will be able to see all your emails
(16) All your new emails will come to the Inbox of your Outlook from now on

I have an EMail with 16 photos attached - it will not "go" nor can I delete it. How can I get rid of it?


Disconnect the network-cable from your computer, to block Internet access.

Start Outlook Express.
Instead of selecting the "Inbox" mail-folder,
select the "Outbox" folder.
Click once to select the E-mail message.
Use your mouse to "drag-and-drop" the message to your "Inbox" folder.
Close Outlook Express.
Reconnect the network-cable.
Open Outlook Express.
Check your "Inbox" for that "undeliverable" message.
Open the message, or delete the message.

Junk e-mail and phishing category in Outlook Express


That classification comes from the mail server itself. If you want to move them to inbox, just move them. Then others will also follow the steps. You can make outlook remember its not a spam also. There is no other way :)

IMAP in Outlook 2007: Moving to deleted folder instead of purging


Since you are using IMAP Account you can dont have option to delete it direcly . if you want to delete the purges e mails you need to click on edit and select delete purged items

Cannot get email


This is a very common problem. Upgrading you iphone firmware if it's not current may solve this problem. Or try changing your address for the account from example@yahoo.com" to your yahoo id without the "@yahoo.com"

Otherwise the built-in yahoo option for iphone can be buggy:
  1. Delete the Yahoo account on your iphone
  2. Create anew account via Other option
  3. Fill in the usual user id and password fields
  4. Under IMAP tab set Host Name under Incoming Mail Server to imap.apple.mail.yahoo.com
  5. Under Outgoing Mail Server, in Host Name field set it to cwmx.com
If you have a very large yahoo inbox, you may have to do the following:

1. Go to your yahoo account in a regular browser on your computer. Makesure you're using the new version of Yahoo mail (the one that looks andfeels like outlook).

2. Create a new folder. I called mine "archive - inbox".

3. Select ALL emails in your inbox so that your inbox folder will becompletely empty once you move them (there's a box you can check whichwill select everything). I had over 5,000 emails in my inbox, so thiswould have taken ages using the Classic version of Yahoo mail.

4. Move all emails to your newly created archive folder. Go back intothe archive folder and select any unread/new emails and move them backto your inbox.

5. Go into Yahoo on your iphone and refresh the mail. This will clearout the old emails and download the most recent emails from your inbox.

Cannot copy/delete all the email


hello
try to drag and drop the mails. hold in control button and mark then drag the mails.

or try to mark the mails and then right click on one mail and "move to folder."

any luck ?
