My all-in-one keeps telling me missing color cartridge, I have put new ones in both black and color.Keeps telling me the same thing COLOR CARTRIDGE MISSING. Can you tell me what I need to do?

I have the same problem.

My Lexmark All in One X 1150 tells me there is no color cartridge. I have put two brand new ones in there and still the same error message. Any ideas or solutions are welcome. Thanks.

you may want to do a clean and calibrate on that unit

then do a test page
