Hi there, Well first of all you may try to contact your service provider for this issue by using some other phone. Most of the time the problem is due to the network coverage. Post comments if further you have the same issue. Good Luck
try calling other numbers on your phonebook, also check if the signal bar (on the top left of the screen) is full. load or minutes on your phone must be enough to make calls aswell. if all these passed and you cant still make calls, try using other simcards, if you can call using other simcards with no problem, you have to call your telco so they can check on the call settings of your simcard. if you cant make calls using other simcards too, try to remember if you have changed some settings on your phone or download an update and let us know! =)
hi what happens when you put the sim card in is it new simcard and is the simcard registerd if its not registerd then you will have no network coverage as thie new simcard need registering
