This is a line that comes from the CRT or tubes inside of your set. It comes down to your PCB.

My Mitsubishi TV W-55815 had blinking light

do the self check to see which of the 5 error codes you may have, it is done with the front keyboard: press after shutdown input and menu for five seconds or more and release both, count the blinks on the power light, 1 then two, pause is no error.

Kenmore dryer turn on no heat and timer will not shut off unless moved to the off position

I would suspect the timer itself. These have small button contacts and if they stick
they can pull themselves right off the flat spring. These timer buttons operate off
a cam drum and several of them operate the timer motor itself at various intervals.
The model and serial number is inside the door. and usually there are two
philips head screws to remove at the base of the front control panel. It should hinge back. If not, then the access panel will be on the backside of the control panel.
The timer will be
a plug in type so no issues with miswiring. The knob will either pull off or unscrew
(counterclockwise generally)
and beneath it will be two screws which hold the timer in place.
You can call a local appliance store or order the part online using the model and
serial number. Remember to shut off the breaker and unplug unit before servicing.
Hope this is useful.

Yesterday, my dad brought me a working GE upright freezer from his house, transport time about 45 minutes. The freezer was working fine before he left his house, he did tip it little bit to load, unload...

You should try to un-plug the freezer and let it stand up-right over night to re-settle the freon back down inside of the compressor.

The compressor should normally get hot if it is doing it's job right, and there is a starter for the compressor motor (usually it looks like a large capacitor) that could have failed, or the defrost timer (if it has one) could be stuck, and you should be able to see the small dial on the defrost timer slowly turning, and if it does not turn, then replace the defrost timer.

The front cover has the power button. the cover was removed and none of the wires on the backside are connected to the motherboard now. which of the wires need to be connected to which spot on the...

The leads on the wires are usually grouped into two's or three's and will have some letters stamped on them (i.e., pwr for power, pwr led for power LED, etc.), on the motherboard, there will be a block of connectors for these to plug on to and they'll usually have the same lettering as well. Just match the leads to the block and you should be good to go.
