Question about T-Mobile Dash Smartphone
So I'm sitting here with my girlfriend as we try to explain to T-Mobile that the Dash is a defective item. With the SIM card in, it doesn't even start up. If enough people call into T-Mobile, maybe they will realize that the phone is, in fact, defective. It is impossible to solve. I have a 1st edition Dash that I upgraded from WM5 to WM6 and I haven't had any problems.
Insert 2 drops of water within the Q and W keys on the keyboard of the phone. This is how tmobile fixes the heating and small bug fixes on their Dash phones.
