Only the entity that accepted your order can confirm it. If you ordered by webpage, the page sometimes offers a confirmation message. Some mail order suppliers offer tracking numbers. Some suppliers send an email message. Check the webpage for any contact details regarding the status of your order.
It is helpful to record the item number or order number if such is supplied for use in inquiries. Also, record identifyiing information such as brand, model, color, price. Supply if you can the date of the order. Be careful not to supply credit card details in any email at this point. Sometimes a website drops out before you complete an order so it is possible one was not received. Be certain if you are on the web, you have clicked a link that is not a fake page. For instance, you do not go to facebook if you click a blue link that says facebook but the website connected to the link listed below the link says www.fooledyouonce.com.
You might try emailing the company or calling them to confirm the order if you have such contact details. See if the company has a separate phone number for billing questions.
first thing is to cancel the credit card account to the supplier so that stops the money going out
send an e-mail to the supplier clearly stating that you are not proceeding with the purchase and are cancelling the order as of today date
call them up and speak to a manager and say that you are cancelling the order and have sent an e- mail to that effect and you are stopping direct debit on your account.
log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim hope this helps
Kenmore does not Make their own Appliances There isn't even a Kenmore Factory so in order to detemine how to decipher the date code we need to know Who made it as All companies have different ways to display the manufactured date in order to figure out who made your appliance we need the three digit number preceeding your Model number and possibly the serial number of the appliance. Thank You!!
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer spares' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can order. Alternately you could try telephone directories for spares suppliers but I would think the former would be more successful.
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!
FixYa is a website to assist people with problems people are having with items they already own. We do not assist people with ordering (or canceling orders) for items they haven't received yet. You'll need to contact the company you made your purchase from. You did not make your purchase from us and we cannot act on your behalf to cancel your order.
The F1 error usually indicates a serious Washing Machine 'controller' or Logic board malfunctions: your washing machine should still be under warranty or may even be subject to a recall campaign due to a manufacturing flaw. You will need your washing machine details such as model number. serial number, manufacture date and proof of purchase before calling the manufacturer help desk (as your machine is over 12 months old, the reseller will not normally assist but you an always ask them for assistance first). To see if you have an intermittent controller issue, completely unplug the AC main plug first for say 5 minutes and replug to see if the error resets itself. Hope it helps.
There is a recall for the Cabrio for having the "F1" error(I had mine fixed by whirpool for free). Sounds like you are getting the F1 error code. If you have not had the washer repaired under the warranty program then you should give Whirlpool a call and get it repaired under warranty. When you call them say that you are getting the "F1" error code and have read on the internet that there is a recall. Have your model number, serial number and date of purchase available. They will send someone out to inspect the washer and repair if they have the control board in stock(they had to order mine and it took 2 days for it to arrive). I also located the phone number you will need to call for service...1-800-253-1301
