Baby gshock doesn't make noise anymore

I took my baby g to get a new battery and the lady pushed a bunch ofthe buttons and now it doesn't make any beeps on alarm mode or stopwatch mode anymore!
Can anyone help?
It's a baby G shock 1800.

I have the same problem with my Timex, got the battery changed yesterday and now nothing. Kind of defeats the purpose of timers and alarms.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
