Jensen VM9511TS : Doesn't take in discs

Hey Man!

Saw you were trying to help someone else with a problem, I beleive I may have the same problem with this car stereo. It will not take in any discs, the motors start to try and take a disc in when you try, the disc makes it in about half way or so and then it spits it back out, and makes whirring noises if i just hit the eject button. The hard reset does not help either. Can you help me ?? Please let me know either way. Thanks alot for your time bro!

Haha You were absolutely right. I finally got fed up and ripped the whole thing apart. There was a handful of issues within the disc portion of the device. All in all (knock on wood) i was able to fix it, but it was a giant pain! Thanks alot!

i open it and there a little peace in the back with a spring out of place but i dont know were it belongs

It sounds like a mechanical error. It's not a quick fix. You (or more likely a repair shop) would have to pull the transport and reallign a bunch of parts and possibly resurface the rollers. It's a GIANT pain in the @$$.
