I have had mine for several years now. Never had any problems with the player reading DVD's until tonight. Keeps saying there is NO DISC after taking a very long time to load. There is a disc in there when it says that. I can do everything else but play the movie. Did you ever find a solutions.I have had mine for several years now. I have the same problem. I have had this system for several years no problems till this past Sat. when I put a dvd in and it said NO DISC. Did you find a solution? Who even makes these machines? Can't find that online either. Thanks.

I have CH DVD 300 Model, i have purchased this DVD on 2007, yestarday (17/05/2009).
When i put DVD in, i cannot see any screen on TV, perviosly i can seen default screen CYBERHOME, all other things are ok, (powe on ok, eject & incert ok,) dvd is not playing after putting DVD in CYBERHOME.
lens is dirty ........clean the lens using the lens disk cleaner...........still problem continues the laser head is not picking up the disc...........need to replace laser assembly.......
I have a cyberhome dvd player CH- DVD 300 had it for a 1 year i but in a orginal dvd movie and it does play it it said no disc I but in dvd cleaner it read for a moment but when i put in the orginal movie it said no disc again is it the sensor or what, what should i do???
Reset you player by doing the following:
With the player on, hooked properly to your television, and on the correct station:
Open the tray
Close the tray (with no DVD inserted)
Hold the stop button down for a full 5 seconds
The CyberHome screen should appear. You should be able to play your dvd's now.
