Hello!

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Scanners and Cameras
then double click your scanner and follow the wizard

If your scanner does not shou up in the Scanners and Cameras folder,  then you need to install scanner driver located on the CD the Printer/scanner came with

Hope this helps!

My computer crashed and so I bought new one. Have downloaded Samsung SF-555SP program and now it prints but I can't find any icons to make it scan. Thanks; Marvin ...

Scanning will work as separate plug in, when you request to acquire image from scanner from a standard image editor it will bring the task. Would you mind to provide your operating system and the programs that you are using for image editing so I can provide steps to scan.

Paper jam

Have you checked your paper that is fed on the bay...maybe there's a foreign material that is present inside because most of the printers nowadays are very sensitive especially on dust that triggers to false positive detection to your computer.

If it does, try clean the bay.ok?
