You will have to check that the installer you are using is licensed. Also you have to check with your administrator if you are in a network to give you access permit to install a new software.

How can I get permission to copy file from computer to my external hard drive

You should be able to copy and paste, or simply drag the file to the external hard drive (to make a copy).

Right click on the file, then select 'Copy'. Navigate to your external hard drive and then click 'Paste' to copy the file into it.

If you're talking about something like a word document you may have to change the permissions. To change the permissions right click on the file and then choose PROPERTIES. Change the properties if need be (the permissions..)

The image below is from my computer using Linux .. however the process is the same using Windows. Right click the file .. then choose Properties..

Windows 7 won't allow me to download Itunes. After a long download, and a long install, I get a message telling me that I don't have "administrative permission" (or something like that)

For PC's you need the password of the main account to let you download programs. If you have a password you use to log in to Windows use that. If that does not work, use the parsswords of other users on the computer.

No space for new apps

· 1.Check if you really have sufficient storage free.

Ifstorage is free enough

· 2.Clear the app chache data with the clean master app or the included cleaning app forjunk data cleaning.

Can also bedone by using adb bridge (Search on the net you will surely get something

If thisdoes not solve your problem.

Then try this:
· 3. (This solved my problem)

Usuallythe default install location in android is set to automatic. If for any reasonif it is change to something else it can be problematic like you experienced.

Setting up ADB (required)
->get you phone connected to a pc over the USBcable provided (Make sure you have your proper driver installed [usually it'sinstalled])).
->Turn the "debugging mode on"through the settings (You can search over the internet it's easy)
->download the adb_inteface.rar tool andextract it somewhere.
->open command prompt. Change the currentdirectory to where you extracted the adb.exe and all files from the attachment.
adb devices

if it returns with last line like this

List of devices attached
cfcd5eec device

This means you have successfully set up theinterface.

Running Commands
->check the default storage location bytyping on the command prompt:

adbshell pm get-install-location

If it results something like:

open: Permission denied
open: Permission denied

open: Permission denied
open: Permission denied

This means it may be a problem which forces the Android OS to save on specified location 1 for internalstorageand 2 forexternal storage.

You may fix this by running the following command:

adb shell pm set-install-location 0

here 0 means automatic storage depending on the storage space availability.

Meanwhile you may get messages like:
open:Permission denied
open: Permission deniedYou can ignore this.

this is probably because your phone is notrooted.

Hope this is useful.

My problem is i want to put password to my computer

Go to control panel, click on Users or user accounts depends on which version you are using. Here you have the ability to add a new user which you should do, create password and manage account type, You need to create two accounts, one with all permissions, one which you should limit some use, in other words one Administrator, (with full permissions) and one user who will use the computer all the time. This way if you are using it and do something wrong you do not have permission to goof up the whole machine. Write down the Administrator user name and password so you will always be able to remember that, and get to your much needed files if something goes wrong.

How to Install IE8 in WinXp Without Administrator Access

If someone has turned off software installation permission using an admin password there is no simple way to defeat that permission. Depending on how the permission was set, either from a server that you log into, or on the local machine itself, you might be able to take the hard drive out of that PC and then install it onto a computer that is not limited by that permission. You would then install your IE8, and then re-install the hard drive back into your PC. The only catch might be that your system may also be limited against running IE8 as well.

The other trick that might work is getting a disk version of the Linux Knoppix program. You would have to boot your PC to the Knoppix install, and then use it to break the Admin Access permission. There are several issues with this hack. Your PC would need to have permission to boot from a floppy or a CD/DVD drive, and chances are that permission has been turned off as well. Any admin who has at least a couple of years experience knows about the Knoppix hack, and will have taken steps to ensure no one would be able to use it. You might unfortunately be stuck with whatever browser you are currently using.

Thank you for the opportunity to assist you in resolving your issue. Should you need further information or assistance please do not hesitate to let us know.

I just installed my new Prestige 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive and when I try to save a file, I get the message that I don't have permission to save in this site.

You need to set up the hard drive so that your user name has full permission to use the entire drive. This problem is most often found in MAC computers. But either way, installing the software for the hard drive on the computer should help resolve this problem.
