I know this is late, but I have instructions for this unit. Remove the grease filters on the bottom. Inside the exposed hole there should be two gold colored bars. These are attached to plates at the top of the until which hook onto the mounting plate. Undo the screws at the bottoms of the bars and pull them down. This will unhook the unit from the top of the wall plate. Roll the unit forward and unhook from wall plate.

Changing the light bulb on your Sharp carousel microwave will allow you to have needed light inside the oven. Microwaves are not designed for consumers to change the light bulb due to manufacturer liability, but it can be done. Following the proper steps will ensure a successful installation.
Unplug the Sharp carousel microwave from the electrical outlet.
Locate the screws around the outer cover of the Sharp carousel microwave and unscrew all the screws.
Lift off the covering.
Locate the bulb and unscrew. Screw in your new bulb.
Replace the cover and screw back tightly. Once done, test your new bulb.
The cleaning operation may have spread metal particles or other conductive materials on the walls/floor of the cooking cavity. Try wiping the entire cavity with a damp, clean cloth, then heat a cup of water for a test. Hope this helps!
i just checked my R-3A36 manual to find out the wattage. it's 800 watts. i make pralines in my microwave. i am always asked for the recipe. so i needed to be able to tell people the wattage of my oven so they can adjust the recipe to their oven.
You have to replace that small screen which is called wave guide.
If there is a sharp authorised service centre near to your place
you can buy the part from them. Do not work the oven without replacing
