Can hear sound, can't see picture

Hi I have an Astar model number HT-3300A and while my husband was in the menu he accidently hit something and the TV went to a blue screen. We can still hear the video but it is a blank blue screen. We do not have the manual and we were wondering if there is a way to reset the system, or a way to fix this?

-   Using the HDMI from Bose 321 GS Series 111 to my LCD All I get is a blue screen I tried the reset but nothing works can anyone help.. -   Trucko

Try the easy reset - power the tv off and unplug it from the wall outlet for 20-30 seconds. Then replug it and turn it back on.
