REFORMAT FOR WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER - Erases Everything: Connect your iLo player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "ILO 2GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything, and give you a fresh start.
plug your mp3 into your computer then open up my computer. [start, my computer, it will read as a removeable drive open it up and there should be your files in there. you will be able to organize your data like any other folder. let me know if it works. good luck
OK it may be the Battery ensure it is "Fully Charged". Take Batt out and replace it again, sorta to "Reset it". If the Batt is OK and it is still "Faulting" then return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement.
