ApprenticeI found out the JVC cameras don't seem to work unless your firewire has the Texas Instrument 1394 chips.
I had to buy a card for my desktop PC that specificaly had the Texas Instruments chips on it.
It worked fine after that.

I have the JVC GR-D770U camcorder and I noticed that when I connected the USB cable, it didn't show up on my computer.. And I don't have the software for this camera.. do you have any idea what I have to do to download my videos to you tube.. Thanks alot, my email is chantelaysmusic@yahoo.com
