My new behringer dr600 guitar reverb pedal is cutting in and out (in time to its reverb setting) after an hour +/- of playing. very psychedelic all of a sudden, but not what i had in mind... it's...

hi,
you should clean the pedal switch with a contact cleaner .spray it on the switch and push the switch repeatedly to clean the contact much better if you replace the switch with anew one.there is also a trimmer pot at the circuit board of your reverb adjust it slowly to then return to its original position just to renew the contacts..you can use electra contact cleaner.it is available at hardware and electrical supply..

Wot are the send, return, post out socket for on a prosound 4100 amp

These are all related to using external effects processors, like if you wanted to use a separate reverb unit.
"Send" is the output that gives the un-processed signal to the external device, and "return" receives the signal from the external device.
"Post Out" is an output from the amp that occurs AFTER the send/return jacks on the bus, i.e., if you are using an external reverb unit, the "Post Out" signal will include the reverb fx. If you have a "Pre Out" jack, it's signal will NOT include the reverb fx.

I got this old Reverb Amp from cleaning out a house for a real estate agent. I was wondering its worth & how to go about getting it to someone who would like to have it. Thank You Its a Pioneer SR-202...

It's an old 'spring-type' reverb.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverberation#Spring_reverberators

I have one from the mid-70's, long unused. Digital reverb is more predictable and not susceptible to rom vibrations or jarring. There are those who would still want one.

You might put it out on eBay. They don't get much for them.

This auction expires in 2 days. The bidding is $20.50 right now. You might watch it to see what the unit eventually goes for.

Humming noise when amp is switched on, nothing pluged in, make - marshall g30r cd

(Maybe) Seems like a problem with the reverb.Try opening it up (while un-plugged.) and try cleaning it out and checking there isn't any loose conections.

HELLO, just bought a fender HRD 410 AMP AND DISCOVERED THAT THE REVERB DOES NOT FUNCTION ! WHAT'S UP ?

Hi Fenderman.

Damn, you gotta hate that. First thing, do you have any recourse with the outfit you just bought the amp from? I guess not if you are asking in here. There is not a whole lot that stops the reverb in these amps. First things to check would be that the connections to the rev-eb tank are ok, and the cables to them not damages, and the terminations to the RCA plugs are good. Check that the reverb tank is connected thew right way round also. If everything so far checks out, and yourself, or an electronics savvy mate then time to download the circuit from here

Then from there, pull the chassis out of the box, and check/look for dry/cracked solder joints about the reverb Pot, I would check the voltages about U2, TL072, and even just change it out if you are unsure. The reverb tank could also be down, hard to check this easily without swapping it out, if you have(maybe time for the repair shop here) a CRO, then you can sniff off the audio going in and out of the tank to be sure that is it functioning.

Anyway, that is a rundown on what may be wrong with the HRD. If you have any questions, more that happy to answer them and continue to help you out. a FixYa rating is a great reward for my time to talk this through with you. Cheers!

Fender deluxe reverb amp keeps blowing tubes

If it's blowing fuses. It probably has a bad output tube.
If it's blowing tubes. It may have a cracked tube socket.  Also may need to be biased by a tech.

The footswitch for bugera 6262 valve amp seems to have a logic problem. The clean channel leaves 'lead and reverb' leds lit on footswitch, pressing 'lead' lights the crunch channel on the amp... and reverb...

Hi ! Check and make shure that the cord conections between the pc board on the backplate of the amp to the logic board are firmly pushed in there slots.
Good luck , Stefan from Sweden

I have a Fender tube amp The Twinn. 4 6l6 2 12at7 and 4 12ax7. Mu reverb is dead and I here some strange oscillation. I suspect the 12at7 in reverb and one 12ax7 Both microphonic and very dem fil. ...

Hi ohmytom

Yes, they could be causing the problem. The filaments are a little hard to see sometimes, you will always get a little microphonic activity about preamp tubes. It may also have failing capacitors depending on how old it is. Is it a "Twin Reverb". Let me know the exact model and we can be a little more specific of the problem and solution. Cheers
